All items are handmade and are designed to allow you to indulge in something creative, trendy and fun without breaking your budget!
Payment
Pay Pal is currently the preferred method of payment accepted for your security. Please note that all payments must clear pay pal before your item(s) will be shipped. Once payment clears your item(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours no later of payment. Most orders will not have tracking numbers and no insurance is provided to keep shipping cost as low as possible. For large orders, please contact us before ordering and we will make special arrangements to provide you with a tracking number and insurance if you need.

***Please note that at this time we only ship DOMESTIC USA- any orders international, please contact us BEFORE purchase and let us know your location so we can set the proper shipping price for your order.*****
Shipping: Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours after payment processing and your entire order will ship at a flat rate of only $5! Any size orders ships for only 5 bucks!
Illinois residents will also be charged a general merchandise tax of 6.250%.
Refunds And Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges: In order to make sure that the customers of the Jade Dumpling have the best experience possible, you may return the items at your expense within 7 days of purchase and when retuned in original condition, either an exchange may be made or your pay pal account credited. Please contact the Jade Dumpling BEFORE you return your item and we will provide you with instructions. Any item that is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to open a ticket with the shipping company. Any items that are opened, custom orders, digital files, or specified in the item description will not be able to be returned.
Once you contact us about your item’s return, we will give you instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Please be sure that you double check all jewelry sizes for example, if a bracelet description is for 7.5 inches, please measure out a length of string to make sure it will fit. For ring sizes also please make sure you know your ring size before ordering to avoid unnecessary shipping expenses.
